Need assistance with a Poptup sampling experience? We’re here to help! Whether you’re having trouble redeeming a sample, completing a survey, or have questions about your data, this page covers everything you need to know.

🔧 Common Issues & Solutions 

I scanned the QR code, but nothing happened. 
Please ensure: 

  • You have a stable internet connection 
     

  • Your phone camera or QR app is working correctly 
    If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or using a different device. 
     

I didn’t receive my follow-up email or survey. 
Check your spam/junk folder. Emails typically arrive within 48 hours of sample collection. Still nothing? Email us at hq@poptup.uk with your sample location and the date of redemption. 

I completed the survey but didn’t get my discount or voucher. 
Our thank-you email with your incentive should arrive within 1–2 hours of survey completion. If it doesn’t, please contact us with your email address, and we’ll resend it. 

I want to opt out or delete my data. 
No problem. Email hq@potup.uk with the subject line "Data Removal Request" and we’ll take care of it.

I had an issue with the product I received. 
We’re sorry to hear that! poptup distributes samples on behalf of brand partners. For product-specific concerns (e.g., allergies, damage, ingredients), please contact the brand directly. You can find their contact details on the packaging or in the follow-up email.
