By using Poptup’s sampling machines, services, and platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility 

You must be 16+ or have guardian permission to participate. You agree to provide truthful and accurate personal details when requesting samples.

2. Use of Services

Participation in sampling is limited to one per person per campaign, unless otherwise stated. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour may result in exclusion from current or future promotions.

3. Data Collection

By using Poptup, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Receiving follow-up emails related to product feedback
   
• Participating in optional surveys
   
• Receiving promotional emails with purchase incentives

4. Advertising

We may use anonymised data to create advertising audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok, in compliance with platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology related to TryMii are owned by Poptup LTD and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

Poptup is not responsible for any allergic reactions or product defects. Consumers are encouraged to read labels carefully. Products are provided by brand partners and subject to their terms.
